基本方針

声からToDo（英語名：Voice to Action）は、個人で開発しているiPhoneアプリです。 アカウント登録や広告はありません。開発者が運営するクラウドや外部のアクセス解析SDKも使いません。 外部AIを選んだ場合は、iPhoneから選んだ外部AIへ直接接続します。

録音と生成データ

録音した音声、文字起こし、要約、やること、録音タイトルはiPhoneに保存します。 開発者はこれらを受け取りません。録音音声は外部AIにも送りません。

会議の録音は一覧の行を長押ししたメニューでゴミ箱へ移動できます。ゴミ箱に入れた録音は復元でき、30日を過ぎると次にアプリを開いたときに端末から削除します。それより前に完全削除することもできます。 やることの録音はゴミ箱を経由せず、長押しメニューで確認のうえその場で完全削除できます。削除しなかった録音も、録音開始から3日で自動的に完全削除します。 録音から追加したカレンダーの予定とリマインダーは、録音を削除しても残ります。

アプリは録音データを端末のバックアップ対象から明示的に外していません。iCloudまたはコンピュータへのiPhoneバックアップには、端末の設定に応じてアプリデータが含まれる場合があります。

端末の権限

マイク

録音とリアルタイム文字起こしに使います。録音は、ユーザーが操作したときに始まります。

リマインダー

リマインダーのリストを表示し、選んだやることを保存するために使います。リマインダーの内容を開発者へ送りません。

カレンダー

選んだやることをAppleのイベント編集画面へ渡します。アプリ自身はカレンダーへのアクセス権限を求めません。

Live Activity

録音中は、状態、経過時間、最新の文字起こしの一部をActivityKitへ渡します。文字起こしを表示するのはDynamic Islandの拡張表示だけです。push通知用のサーバーは使いません。

コピー

文字起こしをコピーすると、全文をiOSのクリップボードへ書き込みます。アプリはコピー後にクリップボードを自動で消しません。

AI分析

やること（短い録音）は初期設定でApple Intelligenceを使い、端末内でやることを生成します。設定画面で外部AIに変更することもできます。会議は外部AIの接続とモデル選択が必須で、タイトル、要約、やることを生成します。 iOSが必要な言語やモデルのデータをダウンロードすることがあります。Appleが処理するデータには、Appleのポリシーが適用されます。

設定画面でOpenAI、Gemini、OpenRouterのいずれか1つを接続すると、文字起こし由来のテキスト、日時と言語、指示文、モデルIDをそのプロバイダーへ送ります。 前処理済みの文字起こしが40,000文字を超える録音では、窓ごとの処理に切り替え、途中の生成結果を同じプロバイダーへ送ることがあります。1つの録音はやること用または会議用のどちらか1つのモデル選択だけを使うため、生成結果を別のプロバイダーへ送ることはありません。接続確認とモデル一覧の取得では、文字起こしを送りません。 OpenRouterを選んだ場合は、OpenRouterに加え、選択モデルを動かす推論プロバイダーがリクエストとレスポンスを処理します。

初回接続時、または同意文言の更新後に、文字起こしテキストと言語等を送ること、音声を送らないこと、送信先、保存を抑える指定、料金と規約、解除方法を表示します。録音日時、途中の生成結果、モデルID、OpenRouterの推論プロバイダーは接続画面に列挙していません。このページで完全な範囲を説明します。 APIキーとOpenRouter OAuthで発行されたキーは、ほかのApple端末へ同期しないKeychainに保存します。 OpenRouter OAuthでは、認証後にこのサポートサイトのコールバックを経由してアプリへ戻ります。コールバックページは認証コードを読み取りません。 接続を解除すると端末上のキーを削除しますが、モデル設定、同意記録、保存済みのAI結果は残ります。OpenRouter側で発行済みのキーも自動で失効しません。プロバイダーがすでに処理したデータは、各社の契約とポリシーに従います。

生成リクエストでは、保存を抑えるためにプロバイダーが用意した指定を送ります。ただし、その指定だけでログや不正利用対策の保存までなくなるとは限りません。 Gemini APIの無料枠では、Googleが入力と出力を製品改善に使い、人が確認する場合があります。有料サービスでも違反検知のため一定期間ログを保持します。 機密情報を含む録音では外部AIを使わず、接続前に OpenAI、 Gemini、 OpenRouterの最新ポリシーを確認してください。

診断ログ

外部AIの呼び出しが失敗すると、アプリはプロバイダー名、タスク、HTTPステータスと、最大500文字に制限したプロバイダーのエラー文をiOSの診断ログへ記録します。認証情報らしい値は伏せますが、プロバイダーがエラー文に文字起こしを引用した場合は、その断片を検出できないことがあります。アプリはこのログを開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。

アプリ内購入

応援購入の決済はAppleがStoreKitで処理します。開発者はクレジットカード番号などの支払情報を受け取りません。

このWebサイト

このサイトはCloudflare Pagesから配信しています。開発者はCookieやアクセス解析を使いません。Cloudflareは、サイト配信に必要な接続情報を同社の方針に基づいて処理することがあります。

Our approach

Voice to Action (Japanese name: 声からToDo) is an independently developed iPhone app. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, a developer-operated cloud backend, or third-party analytics SDKs. When you choose external AI, the iPhone connects directly to the selected provider.

Recordings and generated data

Audio, transcripts, summaries, To-Dos, and recording titles are stored on your device and are not sent to the developer. Recording audio is not sent to external AI providers.

You can move a meeting recording to Trash from its row's long-press menu. Recordings in Trash can be restored, and data that has remained there for more than 30 days is deleted from the device the next time the app launches or returns to the foreground. You can permanently delete it sooner. To-Do recordings skip Trash. The long-press menu deletes one immediately after you confirm, and any recording you keep is automatically and permanently deleted 3 days after it starts. Calendar events and Reminders created from a recording remain after the recording is deleted.

The app does not explicitly exclude recordings from device backups. Depending on your settings, an iPhone backup to iCloud or a computer may include app data.

Device permissions

Microphone

The app uses the microphone for audio recording and live transcription. Recording begins only after an explicit user action.

Reminders

The app uses Reminders access to show your lists and save To-Dos you choose. Reminder content is not sent to the developer.

Calendar

The app passes a To-Do you select to Apple's event editor. The app does not request direct Calendar access.

Live Activity

While recording, the app gives ActivityKit the recording state, elapsed-time values, and a short suffix of the latest transcript. Transcript text appears only in the expanded Dynamic Island view. No push-notification server is used.

Copy

Copying a transcript writes the full original transcript to the iOS clipboard. The app does not clear the clipboard afterward.

AI processing

By default, To-Do recordings use Apple Intelligence on device and generate only To-Dos. You can switch To-Dos to an external provider in Settings. Meetings always require connecting an external provider and generate a title, summary, and To-Dos. The operating system may download required language or model assets for on-device processing. Apple's policies apply to data processed by Apple services.

If you connect OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter in Settings, the app sends that provider the transcript-derived text, recording date, time zone, language, instructions, and model ID. For recordings longer than 40,000 characters after preprocessing, the app switches to processing in windows and may send earlier generated output, such as a summary, to the same provider. A recording always uses a single model selection, for either To-Dos or meetings, so one provider's output is never sent to another. Credential checks and model-list requests do not include transcript content. When you select OpenRouter, both OpenRouter and the inference provider serving the selected model process the request and response.

On first connection, or after the consent text changes, the app states that it sends transcript text and information such as language, never audio. It also shows the destination, a request option intended to reduce storage, provider terms and pricing, and how to disconnect. The connection screen does not enumerate recording dates, earlier generated output, model IDs, or OpenRouter's inference provider. This page describes the full scope. API keys, including keys issued through OpenRouter OAuth, are kept in a Keychain item that does not sync to your other Apple devices. OpenRouter OAuth returns to the app through a callback on this support site after authorization; the callback page does not read the code. Disconnecting deletes the key from this device, but model selections, consent records, and saved AI results remain. It does not revoke an OAuth-issued key at OpenRouter. Data already processed by a provider remains subject to that provider's terms and policies.

Generation requests use provider options intended to reduce storage. Those options do not necessarily prevent all security or abuse-monitoring logs. With unpaid Gemini API services, Google may use inputs and outputs to improve its products and human reviewers may process them. Paid services may still keep logs for abuse prevention. Do not use external AI for sensitive recordings without first reviewing the current policies for OpenAI, Gemini, and OpenRouter.

Diagnostic logs

When an external-AI request fails, the app writes the provider, task, HTTP status, and up to 500 characters of the provider's error message to the iOS diagnostic log. Values that look like credentials are masked, but the app may not detect transcript text echoed by a provider in an error message. The app does not upload this log to a developer-operated server.

In-app purchases

Optional support purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not receive payment details such as credit card numbers.

This website

This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. The developer does not set cookies or enable web analytics. Cloudflare may process technical connection information required to deliver the site under its own policies.
